Open Enrollment is passive this year!
The previously required two-step process to re-enroll and complete the HEM is not required this year. Those who do not take action will have their 2024 elections and HEM status carried forward into the 2025 plan year. Members who need to make adjustments to their elections, wish to continue in Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) or are new to the HEM, must take action.
Decision Chart - Do I need to Complete Open Enrollment?
Review PEBB’s 2025 Open Enrollment Decision Chart in order to determine if you need to complete Open Enrollment or the HEM. PEBB will allow corrections to be made after Open Enrollment, but only for members who completed the re-enrollment in October. All other allowable changes would need to be due to a permitting qualifying event midyear change event.
